The building dates back to the end of the 19th century and is is partially listed with mandatory restoration of the façade, vestibule and main staircase. Located in a unique location in the heart of the Salamanca neighbourhood, next to Calle Serrano, Plaza de la Independencia and Retiro Park.
The project consisted of the total restructuring of the building, in an attempt to give a unique character to the 11 exclusive homes and storage rooms of which the project consists, two of which are exlusive duplex penthouses.
