JUAN B. ANTEQUERA JORDÁN DE URRÍES
Practising lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association since 1975.
For 25 years Juan has developed his professional career at the International Law Firm CLIFFORD CHANCE where he was involved in different senior positions, as Managing Partner in Spain of the Real Estate Department of the firm and Managing Director of the Barcelona office.
He has repeatedly been recognized by prestigious legal guides like CHAMBERS&PARTNERS, LEGAL 500, EUROPEAN LEGAL EXPERTS or BEST LAWYERS as a leading lawyer in advising domestic and international investment funds and real estate companies.
Juan also has extensive experience in corporate law as external counsel and as Legal Director of major companies.
Relevant transactions in which Juan has provided advice include:
- HERON – Promotion and leasing of its Shopping and Leisure Centres in Spain, as well as their financing.
- PRICOA – Acquisitions, sales, leases and financing of office buildings, industrial buildings and shopping centres.
- ING – Acquisition and financing of two Shopping Centres.
- RODAMCO – Acquisition of lease, sale and financing of office buildings, industrial buildings and shopping centres.
- WESTDEUTSCHE Inmobilienbank – Financing to Hines for the development of a Shopping Centre and office buildings.
- GIC (Government of Singapore) – Sale & Leaseback to IBM Spain from IBM headquarters in Madrid.

Juan has developed his professional career in Spain and in England at domestic and international law firms. Lawyer specialized in Real Estate, Residence by Investment (RBI) Law, Corporate and Litigation with over 20 years of professional experience in the legal sector.
Juan has been Director for many years of a well-known family office in Spain with investments in real estate and renewable energy in different parts of Europe, Asia and LATAM.
Juan has a wide vision of the international real estate market and its players and has been part of the creation and management of integral building renovation investment funds in relevant European cities.
ARTURO PÉREZ JIMÉNEZ
Practising lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association since 1990. Master in Tax (MAF) from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid (Spain) (1991).
Arturo has more than 20 years of professional experience focused on Corporate/Commercial and Litigation.
Arturo specializes in the advice and defence of corporate conflicts, “shareholders agreements” and all kinds of structural modifications (mergers, spin-offs, splits …) and statutory modifications (capital increases and capital reductions…), joint ventures, Directors liability, advice to shareholders in the exercise of their political, economic and information rights.
In the field of regulatory compliance, Arturo is accredited as an Expert Compliance Officer.
JAIME ANTEQUERA VALENCIA
Practising lawyer of the Madrid Bar Association since 2006. Specialization courses in Urban Law at the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) (2005) and the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid (Spain) (2009).
Jaime is specialized in the daily management and advice to companies and investment funds dedicated to integral building refurbishment work as well as with the consequent agreements with contractors, project managers, technicians and contacts with the State, Regional and Local Administrations.
Likewise, Jaime is specialized in administrative procedures and litigation related to Real Estate, Urban Development Law and renewable energies.
